Your Profile

Votre travail quotidien

 

  • Vous supervisez la construction des parcs éoliens en assurant la coordination entre le développement en amont et l’asset management en aval, tout en respectant les normes HSE, de cybersécurité, les délais et le budget.
  • Vous apportez votre expertise technique aux équipes de développement pour optimiser la conception des projets.
  • Vous collaborez avec les départements clés (Procurement, Finance, Optimisation, Legal…) pour établir les budgets, construire des business cases solides et assurer un reporting technico-financier précis.
  • Vous gérez le suivi des projets en rapportant l’avancement, en identifiant les risques et en proposant des solutions aux décideurs.
  • Vous évaluez et sélectionnez les fournisseurs et contractants pour garantir des partenariats fiables et performants.
  • Vous capitalisez sur le retour d’expérience des projets réalisés pour améliorer les processus et renforcer les synergies avec le Groupe EDF.

 

 

Votre profile

 

  • Vous êtes ingénieur (Civil ou Industriel en Énergie, Électromécanique ou Génie Civil) et avez au moins 5 ans d’expérience en production d’électricité.
  • Vous avez une expérience confirmée en gestion de projets et idéalement en ingénierie de construction éolienne.
  • Vous maîtrisez Microsoft Office et TEAMS, et faites preuve d’autonomie et de sens des responsabilités.
  • Vous parlez couramment le français, avez une très bonne connaissance de l’anglais et des bases en néerlandais.
  • Vous possédez un permis B, vous permettant d’assurer vos déplacements vers les sites éoliens.

Offshore Wind Developer

Luminus and its partners (EDF Renewables and Jan De Nul for phase 1) will participate to the Federal Government tender for the Princess Elisabeth Zone.

As Offshore Developer you are part of the team that participates in the tendering process (pre-qualification, design of the Project, writing of the bid, presentation ) and are you involved in internal and external studies, communications, meetings and deliverables required to ensure a successful bid by Luminus and its partners.

 

 

Your daily job

 

  • You set up and maintain relationships with Belgian stakeholders of the tender at the federal level (FOD Energy, FOD Environment, CREG, ELIA, etc.) and at the local level (local municipalities, federal administrative services, port authorities, local stakeholders, etc.) in close cooperation with Corporate Affairs.

  • You assist the Project Director in preparing the project steering committee (agenda, minutes of meeting) and in internal reporting to the Luminus management as part of the project team.

  • You execute development tasks:-You collaborate with the engineering teams of EDF Renewables and/or other partners for the technical design of the project and collecting government investigations and studies for site characterization (including but not limited to permit and environmental conditions, geotechnical studies, wind measurements, and metocean studies).-You facilitate citizen participation.-You ensure that major development risks of the project are controlled.-You manage development aspects of the project on a day-to-day basis.-You participate in the choice of technologies and aspects of procurement procedures related to the project, industrial plan, contracting strategy, and layout.-You develope the project with a competitive business case in mind, consistent with the needs of the shareholders and market standards.

  • You perform all or part of the above-mentioned tasks in close cooperation with EDF RE's "International Development" and "Energies Marines Renouvelables" teams.

  • You provide appropriate reporting to the Offshore Project Director and the Steering Committee.

Offshore PPA Manager

Our Optimisation department is a young and dynamic team that embraces curiosity and innovation in a positive atmosphere. The department is responsible for managing our electricity and gas portfolio and maximizing the value of our assets in the market. The Portfolio Structuring team, as a center of expertise of the department, supports strategic investments, manages long-term energy contracts, and advocates for Luminus' interests in market design with stakeholders.

As Offshore Offtake Manager you oversee the offtake of the offshore project in the Princess Elisabeth Zone. You focus on negotiating and finalizing the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the project company, aligning with offshore tender rules and balancing risks and rewards.

 

 

Your Daily Job

 

  • You assess and develop offtake strategies between Luminus and the project company for offshore projects, balancing risk and reward while aligning with Belgian Offshore wind tender rules.
  • You ensure the strategy covers key elements like CfD contracts (Contracts for Difference), CPPAs carve-outs, and citizen participation.
