Drive the future of electric mobility in Belgium

Within Luminus Izivia EVCS, a Belgian joint venture between Luminus and Izivia (100% EDF Group) dedicated to developing public electric vehicle charging stations across Belgium, you report directly to the General Manager and work closely with investor and shareholder partners.  

 

What you'll do 

  • You structure and lead the operational deployment of a nationwide ultra-fast charging network, ensuring seamless rollout from design to commissioning 
  • You coordinate end-to-end project execution across multiple stakeholders, managing contractors, timelines, budgets, and quality standards throughout the entire lifecycle 
  • You validate the design, technical and economic feasibility of public charging projects and ensure the alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectives 
  • You monitor network performance, analyze commercial results, and propose strategic adjustments to maximize profitability 
  • You manage contractual relationships with site hosts, service providers, and insurance partners, ensuring compliance 
  • You support the General Manager in financial planning, budget preparation, and reporting to investors and the Board of Directors 

 

What you bring 

  • You hold a technical engineering degree and bring ideally 5 years of hands-on experience managing end-to-end infrastructure or engineering projects 
  • You are fluent in French and Dutch, enabling you to communicate effectively with all stakeholders across Belgium 
  • You excel at coordinating complex projects autonomously, from permits and installations to delivery and performance tracking 
  • You have strong financial acumen, with proven experience in budget management, forecasting, and reporting using Excel and financial tools

IAM/PIAM Engineer

Shape the future of secure access at Luminus

As an IAM/PIAM Engineer, you play a key role in strengthening and maturing Luminus’ Identity & Access Management landscape. You work hands-on with the IAM Manager to translate business needs into robust IAM and Privileged Access Management solutions, ensuring secure, compliant and efficient access for both standard and privileged users. By combining operational excellence with a continuous improvement mindset, you help elevate our IAM and PIAM capabilities to the next level.

 

What you’ll do

  • You analyze business and IT access needs and translate them into clear IAM and PIAM requirements, roles and workflows.
  • You configure, optimize and document IAM and PIAM processes within our IGA, ITSM and future PIAM tooling.
  • You onboard applications into the IAM/IGA framework, including both standard and privileged account integrations.
  • You contribute actively to PIAM maturity initiatives, including the implementation of dedicated PIAM solutions.
  • You support Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes and access reviews, ensuring secure and compliant lifecycle management.
  • You provide second-line support, perform root cause analysis and help improve IAM/PIAM operations continuously.

 

What you bring

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field, and at least 3 years of IAM/IGA experience.
  • You bring hands-on experience with IGA platforms such as SailPoint, One Identity, Okta or Microsoft Entra ID Governance.
  • You understand privileged access concepts, account types and risks, and are familiar with PIAM solutions or tooling.
  • You have solid knowledge of identity lifecycle management, RBAC and least-privilege principles.
  • You are security-minded, analytical and process-oriented, with strong attention to detail.
  • You communicate clearly and collaborate easily with business, IT, security teams and external suppliers.

As a Data & AI Governance Lead, you are the driving force behind embedding a data- and AI-driven mindset across Luminus. What you’ll do

  • Develop and maintain clear, actionable governance policies and frameworks for data and AI, aligned with our architectural vision and business priorities.
  • Translate complex concepts into practical guidelines that empower business teams and ensure compliance with GDPR, EU Data Act, and AI Act.
  • Embed AI governance into existing processes, minimizing overhead and ensuring responsible and scalable AI usage across the organization.

  • Monitor governance KPIs such as data quality, compliance maturity, and AI risk classification, and transparently report progress to stakeholders.

What you bring

As a Product Owner Market Communication, you play a pivotal role in the transformation of our Billing & Collections organisation. You translate company objectives into a clear vision for the Market Communication product domain (Horizon, ExGate and all related processes), ensuring alignment with market protocols and legal requirements. What you bring

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in Market Communication (Product Owner, solution designer, business/technical analyst...) and understand the market processes, protocol and tools (ExGate & Horizon).
  • You have minimum 2 years of experience leading Agile teams, with strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum and preferably SAFe.You work confidently with tools such as Jira and Miro, and you easily switch between strategic vision and operational detail.
  • You are an excellent communicator, a natural networker and a strong presenter, able to connect and align diverse stakeholders.
  • You show strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and a helicopter view to manage complex processes end-to-end.
