First Work Experience with a immersion contract: Contribute to Luminus' Award-Winning Sustainability Report
Join Luminus as we embark on the creation of our 2024 Sustainability Report. Building on the success of our multi-awarded report—recently named the best in Belgium for large, non-quoted companies—this internship offers you the chance to contribute to a publication that champions transparency, compliance, and innovation in sustainability reporting. As we prepare for the new European CSRD legislation, your role will be pivotal in collecting, analyzing, and presenting critical data across diverse topics such as Ethics, Customer Satisfaction, Energy Solutions, Human Resources, and Environmental Impact.
Your Daily Job
We seek to publish the 2024 Sustainability Report by 30 June 2025.
As part of the team, you will help with data collection as of January 2025, working closely with internal stakeholders. You will ontribute to creating a report preview by April and the finalized document by June.
- You will learn to conduct interviews. You will engage with subject-matter experts to gather key insights.
- You will develop writing skills as you wil craft high-quality, objective narratives and comments for various sustainability KPIs.
- You will assist with multilingual content creation in Dutch, French and English, updating and enhancing chapters to align with CSRD requirements.
- You will explore sustainability challenges. You will delve into sensitive and complex topics within a fast-evolving sector, gaining insights into crisis management and innovative solutions.
Your Profile
You are eligible for an immersion contract. ( More info on Bruxelles-J)
You have a Master’s degree in Management, Environmental Sciences, Political Sciences, or Communication.
A focus on Sustainability Management is a strong plus.You have exceptional writing abilities in at least two of the following languages: French, Dutch, English.You are detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills for proofreading and project coordination.You have strong interpersonal skills, including empathy, teamwork and the ability to navigate sensitive topics.You a strong interest for sustainability-related topics such as governance, inclusion, health & safety, or biodiversity.
