De Billing Team Manager maakt deel uit van het Billing & Collection team binnen de Retail afdeling van Luminus en rapporteert aan de Sr. Billing Manager B2C. Het Billing & Collection team zorgt voor de facturatie en inning van klanten en streeft naar een accurate en snelle facturatie met hoge klantentevredenheid en minimaal financieel risico (bad debt).Als experts staan we dicht bij onze klanten en de markt. We leveren no-surprise facturen voor energieoplossingen We gaan voor eenvoud en personalisering om de klantervaring in Billing: begrijpelijk en betrouwbaar te maken en in Collections: de klant op maat te benaderen.

Als operationeel team manager draag je bij tot het behalen van deze doelstellingen door het efficiënt leiden en aansturen van een team van billing experts: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren van het volledige operationele facturatieproces. Dit omvat het verwerken van alle gerelateerde data en het oplossen van systeemtechnische uitval van de billing engine, zodat facturatie altijd compleet, correct en binnen de geldende tijdslimieten plaatsvindt.  Daarnaast overleg je met collega’s van de klantendienst en betalingsbeheer om een evenwicht te vinden tussen financiële impact en klantbeleving voor professionele en residentiele elektriciteits- en gasklanten in zowel Vlaanderen, Brussel en Wallonië.Je bent een rolmodel van empowerment voor de teamleden, motiveert en coacht de teamleden steunend op je ervaring in operationele business units.Samen met andere leden van het Billing & Collection team bewaak je kwantitatieve en kwalitatieve KPI’s. Waar nodig initieer je acties om de gestelde targets te bereiken, inclusief het fungeren als back-up voor andere Team Managers.

As a Commercial Forecasting Analyst you take up a proactive role in steering value optimisation for our commercial activities by providing data-driven guidance and actionable insights to a wide variety of stakeholders.

Developing a deep understanding of the commercial forecasting methodology is key in order to build further on what’s currently in place.

A Scrum Master is a servant leader and coach and a key role in the digital scrum teams, along with the Product Owner. Porté par la strategie de croissance de Luminus, le portefeuille éolien totalisait à la fin 2019, environ 520 MW de puissance installée répartie entre une soixantaine de parcs éoliens avec plus de 200 turbines ; l’objectif étant d’atteindre 700 MW en 2022. Pour ce faire, Luminus s’appuie sur l’opération de nouveaux parcs ainsi que sur l’exploitation long-terme des actifs (plusieurs atteindront bientôt la quinzaine d’années). Par conséquent, le profil du portefeuille éolien et l’opération de celui-ci se complexifie.Dans ce contexte, le Wind Site Supervisor assure un role technique et terrain pour le suivi concret des actifs éoliens, assurant Luminus de l’ownership de ses actifs.Il participe à l’organisation et à la supervision de tout type de travaux sur les sites, depuis le handover auquel il contribue notamment par l’établissement des punch lists et leur suivi sur le terrain, et pendant toute la vie des parcs pour lesquels il est sur site le représentant du propriétaire. Le WSS est ainsi en mesure de conduire des inspections spécifiques des actifs, que ce soit pour le suivi « routinier » en échantillonage des turbines, lors de supervision de maintenances ou en cas d’alertes particulières.

Votre quotidien

Tu fais partie d’un pool de WSS pour aller sur les sites en fonction des besoins (dans le Nord comme dans le Sud), mais avec une fréquence de déplacements plus importante dans la région dans laquelle tu es basé, et à ce titre, tu es en charge d’un suivi technique spécifique sur un ensemble de parcs éoliens notamment pour :

• Tu réalises les manœuvres dans les postes HT.
• Tu réalises le suivi des NCs relevées par les NOBOs : tu les corriges en interne quand la responsabilité dépend directement de Luminus ou tu vérifies à intervalles réguliers les progrès dans la levée de ces NCs quand elles dépendent d’autres entités.
• Tu réalises le suivi de la qualité des analyses d’huile dont les résultats devront être reportés dans un outil (Excel par exemple) de suivi des «tendances santés» des WF.
• Tu réalises le suivi du contenu des rapports d’inspections de pales (tu t’assures que les réparations recommandées ou prévues ont bien été conduites, et que les rapports de celles-ci sont bien reçus, etc. 
• Tu appuies la réalisation de campagnes acoustiques (avec la pose de sonomètres, etc.).
• Tu appuies la réalisation de campagnes LIDAR, avec la pose de ceux-ci au niveau des éoliennes.
• Tu accompagnes des visites sur sites dans différents contextes (visites MCR, visites de suivi de correctifs spécifiques, visites d’inspections de fin de contrat/lifetime, visites d’élus ou de publics lors de portes ouvertes, etc.
• Tu réalises des inspections safety/techniques des WFs, avec en échantillonnage des WTs, au moins 1/an sur l’ensemble du portefeuille dont tu as la charge.
• Tu participes activement au bon handover des parcs par l’établissement et le suivi des punch lists sur le terrain.

En accord avec le coordinateur WAM, tu deviens référent sur une thématique technique spécifique complémentaire entre chaque WSS.

En rotation, tu participes au day monitoring des sites grâce à Bazefield.

En relation avec les observations faites des sites, tu participes également activement à l’organisation et à la supervision de tout type de travaux d’entretien sur les sites (facility management des sites) :

• Tu t’assures du respect/suivi sur site (avant accès et lors de la présence sur site si visite) des procédures existantes, notamment HSE ;
• Tu t’assures de la remontée de propositions de retrofit si possible, au niveau PdL (HT/BT ou électronique, etc.) ou éolienne ;
• Tu rapportes de manière régulière au WA Coordinateur (et aussi, directement au WAM, en cas de problème important et/ou urgent observé sur site, notamment pour qu’une communication rapide soit faite par les WAM auprès des stakeholders concernés).

As Wind Investment and Contract Manager you ensure a smooth investment process for our Wind projects and you manage the long-term commercial relationship with Luminus' wind strategic OEM and O&M suppliers, in collaboration with Purchasing and the EDF group.

This is to secure the availability of the best technologies and lower the LCOE of Luminus' renewable projects (supply chain strategy). You also lead CPPA, M&A and 3rd party financing processes from a technical and business perspective.

You Daily job

You collaborate with the project developer, support departments (Legal, Finance, Purchase, etc.) and external consultants to prepare investment files for the investment committee.

• You perform technical, administrative and legal due diligence for projects.
• You evaluate CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
• You ases the long-term production budget.
• You propose the best technology (turbine type) thet matches the project characteristics, permits and BP optimization.
• You establish Corporate PPAs. As long-term Corporate PPAs become more crucial for profitable renewable investments, you will collaborate with Luminus to set up CPPAs with a cross-functional team involving wind investment, contract management, optimization (LTP), and legal departments.
• You present investment files to wind management, investment committees, and other decision-makers, together with the Wind Business Director.

You are responsible for Merger and Acquisition activities:

• You screen the onshore wind market to identify acquisition opportunities.
• You coordinate due diligence to identify risks and revenues associated with these opportunities (wind studies, Power Purchase Agreements, contracts).
• You lead negotiations in close cooperation with finance, legal, and external consultants to develop a final investment and acquisition proposal for the investment committee.

You work with Finance to update the business plan template for the development team, incorporating the latest available technologies.

You handle, in cooperation with purchasing and legal teams, the tendering and negotiation of turbine supply agreements and long-term O&M agreements, considering potential synergies in the project portfolio and within the EDF Renewable group.

You manage the OEM and O&M supply chain strategy.

• You collaborate with Luminus and EDF RE group’s purchasing team to ensure access to the best technologies and supply chain contracts.
• You maintain long-term relationships with key OEMs.
• You monitor strategic OEMs (technologies, credit risk, sustainability).
• You ensure the development team has access to the best turbine technical specifications and recommend models for consideration during the permit application phase.

You are the technical referent for technical and project due diligence processes for third-party financing.

De bedrijfsmeestergast Ringvaart bestuurt alle productie-units in de regio Noord. Dit betekent dat hij de verschillende units start en stopt en het vermogen aanpast naargelang de vraag. Zo kan er een zo hoog mogelijke beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid gegarandeerd worden, alsook een maximaal rendement. Dit zal gebeuren via beeldschermwerk en ook controle rondes in de installaties. Hij verzorgt tevens de nodige rapportering met betrekking tot de uitgevoerde handelingen en de vastgestelde defecten of afwijkende procesparameters.

Tenslotte waarborgt de bedrijfsmeestergast ten allen tijde de veiligheid op de site, en bewaakt hij alle milieuparameters (bijvoorbeeld emissies). Hij is tevens verantwoordelijk voor het veiligstellen van onderdelen van de installatie waarop onderhoudswerken worden uitgevoerd.

De bedrijfsmeestergast werkt in een volcontinu ploegensysteem. Hij wordt in zijn taken bijgestaan door een blokleider, en wordt ondersteund door WR1 (wachtrol kader) en WR2 (wachtrol meet- en regeltechniek).

• Als bedrijfsmeestergast (BMG) ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de productie van elektriciteit en warmte. Jij streeft naar maximale beschikbaarheid van de installaties en een maximaal rendement.
• Indien nodig doe jij een beroep op de WR1 en WR2 om de beschikbaarheid van de centrale te waarborgen en vraag jij ondersteuning bij onvoorziene gebeurtenissen. Jij rapporteert de gebeurtenissen die tijdens jouw shift hebben plaatsgevonden en initieert werkaanvragen (notificaties opstellen) voor tussenkomsten door onderhoudsdiensten. Als deze gebeurtenissen de beschikbaarheid of de veiligheid van de centrale in gevaar brengen, verwittig jij onmiddellijk de site manager tijdens de werkuren of de WR1 buiten de diensturen. In noodsituaties leid jij het interventieteam tot de site manager of WR1 de leiding kan overnemen.
• Jij voert de voorziene periodieke testen uit op de installatie en organiseert rondgangen met betrekking tot veiligheid. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van controle rondes in de sites en het registreren van productie data. Ook ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van terugkerende exploitatie werkzaamheden en het bewaken/verhinderen van milieuoverschrijdingen.
• Jij voert onderzoeken uit naar de oorzaken van fouten bij incidenten en bent verantwoordelijk voor de veiligstelling van installaties waarop onderhoudswerken worden uitgevoerd. Jij zorgt ook voor de vrijgave van de nodige vergunningen hiervoor en fungeert als contactpersoon met de onderhoudsafdeling.
• Jij controleert de beschikbaarheid van alle draagbare tools die ter beschikking worden gesteld in de controlezaal om je taken naar behoren te kunnen uitoefenen. Jij draagt jouw dienst op een professionele manier over aan de volgende shift, met vermelding van alle voorgekomen issues tijdens jouw shift en aandachtspunten voor de volgende shift.
• Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle nodige verbruiksartikelen, nodig voor het operationeel en veilig houden van de centrale, tijdig besteld en geleverd worden, zoals bijvoorbeeld CO2, N2 en H2. In alle omstandigheden ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid van al het personeel in het algemeen en neem jij de nodige acties om dit te waarborgen.
• In geval van calamiteiten of ernstige incidenten voer jij de voorziene procedures van noodscenario’s uit. Jij ontvangt, controleert en registreert bezoekers en extern personeel. Jij ondertekent mede de werkvergunning, opgesteld door de VOW (verantwoordelijke voor de werken), om te verzekeren dat de installaties veiliggesteld zijn en de werken veilig kunnen plaatsvinden.
• Jij bent een voorbeeld voor jouw collega’s en ondergeschikten en beheert de centrale als een goede huisvader. Jij ondersteunt een positieve en constructieve bedrijfscultuur, gericht op veiligheid, samenwerking, flexibiliteit en innovatie.

• Je hebt een bachelor in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
•  Je hebt minimum 3 jaar relevante ervaring in de procesindustrie/productie van elektriciteit;

Luminus’ Optimisation department aims to leverage market expertise to align with Luminus’ mission by 1) Increasing competitive advantage amid renewable energy growth, electrification, and new technologies, 2) Reinforcing resilience against price volatility and supply uncertainties and 3) Asserting interests with external stakeholders (e.g., Elia, CREG, Fluxys).

Given the rapidly changing market context, characterized by new technologies, evolving regulations, and high price volatility, the Optimisation department needs a Business Risk Specialist. This specialist will proactively identify and manage key business risks (market, compliance, and operational) and ensure Luminus' compliance with energy market regulations. In the currect dynamic market context, the Business Risk Specialist must stay informed about upcoming changes in energy market regulations (e.g., REMIT) and defend Luminus' interests in trading compliance investigations.

Your Daily Job

• Business Risk Management : You promote a risk-aware culture and conduct risk assessments. You monitor market conditions, recommend hedging measures and you collaborate on hedging strategies with Market Risk and Trading Teams. You support Finance in planning and Gross Margin follow-up and guide risk management for new products and projects. You maintain a risk register for senior management insights.
• Compliance Risk Management : You stay updated on regulatory changes and prepare for compliance. You defend Luminus in regulatory investigations and identify compliance requirements for new products. You enhance regulatory awareness through training and tools.
• Operational Risk Management : You mitigate financial and non-financial risks in cross-departmental processes. You develop a strategy to reduce operational risks, review and improve business processes for efficiency and risk mitigation. You implement incident management and share lessons learned and maintain a strong internal control framework and support audits.
• Portfolio Modelling & Reporting : You analyze forecast changes and maintain import processes. You ensure a transparent portfolio structure in the ETRM system. You identify reporting needs for portfolio analyses and develop an Optimisation KPI dashboard.
• Cross-Department Collaboration : You work with business teams to manage risks and meet objectives. You collaborate with Finance, Risk, Legal, Regulatory, IT, Downstream and Generation. You provide senior management with strategic insights and recommendations.

Your profile

• You have a Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Finance, Engineering, Economics).
• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial/Energy Risk Management.
• You are fluent in English and Dutch/French.
• You possess a strong affinity with and understanding of the Energy Sector.
• You have in-depth knowledge of financial instruments (forwards, options, swaps) and risk management concepts (hedging, value-at-risk, earnings-at-risk, volumetric limits).
• You're well-versed in Energy Trading & Risk Management systems and skilled in modeling commodity portfolios.
• You excel in analyzing market risks and evaluating hedging strategies.
• Your critical thinking abilities enable you to navigate complex business concepts and identify opportunities and risks effectively.
• With strong communication skills, you can convey strategic recommendations to senior management and constructively challenge trading teams.
• Your collaborative approach fosters relationships and co-creation among stakeholders.
