Als Customer Care Residential Advisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor de end-to-end afhandeling van klantendossiers en de tweedelijnsondersteuning van klanten (dossiers en vragen die via het contactcenter worden doorgegeven). Je rapporteert aan je teammanager.

As a Product Owner Market Communication, you play a pivotal role in the transformation of our Billing & Collections organisation. You translate company objectives into a clear vision for the Market Communication product domain (Horizon, ExGate and all related processes), ensuring alignment with market protocols and legal requirements. What you’ll do

• You define and guard the product vision for Market Communication, ensuring alignment with business needs, market evolutions and regulatory protocols.

What you bring

• You hold a Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Technology or equivalent experience.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in Market Communication (Product Owner, solution designer, business/technical analyst...) and understand the market processes, protocol and tools (ExGate & Horizon).
• You have minimum 2 years of experience leading Agile teams, with strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum and preferably SAFe.You work confidently with tools such as Jira and Miro, and you easily switch between strategic vision and operational detail.
• You are an excellent communicator, a natural networker and a strong presenter, able to connect and align diverse stakeholders.
• You show strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and a helicopter view to manage complex processes end-to-end.

En tant que Technicien Hydro vous jouez un rôle clé dans la sécurité, la fiabilité et la performance de la centrale hydroélectrique de Lixhe et du nouveau parc de batteries BESS. Vous accompagnez le Coordinateur Hydro dans l’exploitation quotidienne des installations et contribuez directement à l’énergie de demain.

Votre quotidien en tant que Technicien

• Vous réalisez des tâches pluridisciplinaires : dépannage, entretien et suivi journalier de tous les équipements et bâtiments.
• Vous effectuez les rondes techniques, corrigez les défauts et assurez leur notification.

Classe 5

En tant que Technicien(ne) E&I, vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans la disponibilité, la fiabilité et la sécurité des installations électriques et de contrôle-commande de la nouvelle centrale de Seraing. Vous mettez votre expertise technique au service de la production d’énergie, aussi bien en phase de construction que lors de l’exploitation.

Ce que vous ferez en tant que Technicien E&I

• Vous exécutez des travaux de maintenance, de dépannage, de mise en service et de projets sur les équipements électriques et d’automation.
• Vous préparez et sécurisez les travaux E&I : analyses de risques, consignations, autorisations de travail et ouvertures de chantier.
• Vous apportez temporairement votre expertise au projet de construction de la nouvelle centrale, en support à l’équipe logistique.
• Vous assurez le suivi et la coordination des prestations réalisées par des partenaires externes (rôle de RST).
• Vous soutenez techniquement vos collègues sur des équipements complexes (alternateurs, transformateurs, automates, instrumentation…).
• Vous documentez vos interventions et assurez le suivi administratif via SAP, dans le respect des processus de maintenance.

Ce que vous apportez

• Vous êtes titulaire d’un bachelier en électricité, électromécanique, énergie ou automation, ou disposez d’une expérience équivalente d’au moins 10 ans en électricité industrielle et/ou automation.
• Vous travaillez de manière structurée, autonome et collaborative, avec de solides compétences relationnelles et de communication.
• Vous accordez une grande importance à la sécurité, à l’environnement et à la cybersécurité.
• Vous maîtrisez la Suite Office et disposez de connaissances en SAP PM (SAP MM est un atout).

Drive the future of electric mobility in Belgium

Within Luminus Izivia EVCS, a Belgian joint venture between Luminus and Izivia (100% EDF Group) dedicated to developing public electric vehicle charging stations across Belgium, you report directly to the General Manager and work closely with investor and shareholder partners.  

What you'll do 

• You structure and lead the operational deployment of a nationwide ultra-fast charging network, ensuring seamless rollout from design to commissioning 
• You coordinate end-to-end project execution across multiple stakeholders, managing contractors, timelines, budgets, and quality standards throughout the entire lifecycle 
• You validate the design, technical and economic feasibility of public charging projects and ensure the alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectives

As an AR Accountant, you reinforce the Accounts Receivable team within Finance and help Luminus become the number one in customer focus in the energy sector, while supporting maximum internal efficiency.

You manage activities related to Accounts Receivable and Deal Confirmation & Validation processes. Reporting to the AR Manager, you help ensure the smooth, accurate and timely execution of daily accounting activities, monthly and yearly closings, customer-related follow-up and trading transaction confirmations.

What you’ll do

• You execute daily accounting entries linked to Accounts Receivable activities, including CODA file uploads, bank statement fall-out handling, payment processing, payment runs via Isabel, exchange rate updates in SAP, outgoing invoice registration and dunning in SAP FI.
• You handle questions related to outgoing invoices from internal and external customers, follow up the Receivables and Manual Invoicing mailboxes and help ensure accurate customer master data in SAP FI.
• You contribute to monthly and yearly accounting closings, including SAP FICA/FICO reconciliations, Budget Meter and Staff discount invoicing, foreign currency reconciliations and follow-up of AR-related general ledger accounts.
• You execute monthly and daily tasks linked to the factoring process and contribute to reporting, dashboards, work instructions and procedures related to Accounts Receivable activities.
• You participate in projects impacting AR activities, such as SAP S/4HANA, and perform testing for new SAP AR functionalities, including ISU testing.
• You support Deal Confirmation & Validation activities by controlling incoming deals and contract modellings in Aligne, managing confirmations through EDFT Automatic Matching and/or Efetnet, issuing sales confirmations and ensuring compliance with Luminus’ DoA and Code of Conduct for trading activities.

What you bring

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or a diploma in Economics or Finance.

• You have knowledge of MS Office, SAP FI/CO, ISU and other IT tools such as Power BI; experience with these tools is a plus.

Lead the Future of Data & AI Governance at Luminus!

As a Data & AI Governance Lead, you are the driving force behind embedding a data- and AI-driven mindset across Luminus. You ensure that governance is not just a control function but a true business enabler, laying the foundation for ethical, compliant, and impactful data and AI solutions in a highly regulated and fast-evolving energy context.

What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain clear, actionable governance policies and frameworks for data and AI, aligned with our architectural vision and business priorities.
• Translate complex concepts into practical guidelines that empower business teams and ensure compliance with GDPR, EU Data Act, and AI Act.
• Embed AI governance into existing processes, minimizing overhead and ensuring responsible and scalable AI usage across the organization.
• Coordinate closely with architecture, platform and security teams to integrate governance-by-design principles into tools, platforms and delivery practices.
• Monitor governance KPIs such as data quality, compliance maturity, and AI risk classification, and transparently report progress to stakeholders.
• Facilitate the Data Governance Board and AI Governance Board, driving decisions, alignment and measurable outcomes.

What you bring

• Strong expertise in data governance principles, metadata management, and regulatory frameworks in complex or regulated environments.
• Solid understanding of AI governance, ethical AI principles, and risk-based approaches, with the ability to balance innovation and compliance.
• A strategic mindset combined with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and IT.
• Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration, influencing without direct authority.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms and tools (Snowflake, DBT, AWS), including hands-on knowledge of data catalogs and AI lifecycle management tools.
• 5–10 years of experience in data governance, AI governance, or IT governance.
