As an Opentext Solution Engineer,you’ll design and optimize solutions for generating critical customer documents.

 

 

What you'll do 

  • You design, develop and maintain OpenText Exstream solutions. 
  • You high-quality output through testing and continuous improvement. 
  • You collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to meet business needs.
  • You provide expert technical support, ensuring compliance.
  • You stay updated with the latest trends and technologies to enhance document generation.

  What you bring 

  • You have a bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience or show us you have built up experience equal to this degree. Experience in the utility and/or telecom sector is a plus.
  • You have at least 4-5 years of experience with OpenText Exstream (Designer, Builder, Control Center).
  • You bring solid expertise in XML, AFP, Linux/AWS commands, scripting and PowerShell.
  • You are an analytical problem solver who works independently and efficiently.
  • You are a strong communicator, team player and thrive in fast-paced environments.

As a Scrum master, you’ll lead and coach a senior team of data analysts in the Data & Analytics (DNA) release train. Your focus is on delivery, managing inter-team dependencies and ensuring the smooth execution of IT initiatives and projects.

 

 

What You'll Do 

  • You help prepare the PI planning and breakouts in collaboration with the PO and the program team.
  • You protect and communicate â€“ You help protect the team from uncontrolled expansion of work and communicate with management and outside stakeholders on this. In particular, for any additional or unexpected work not planned upfront, the Scrum Master requests the PO for feature/user story creation and re-prioritization.
  • You facilitate inter-team collaboration at the release train level and represent the team in the Scrum of Scrums (or similar cross-team forums).
  • You improve team dynamics â€“ You focus on ever-improving team dynamics and performance. You help the team manage interpersonal challenges and opportunities for growth. You escalate to management where necessary and support team members in their professional development.

 

 

What You Bring  

  • You have a solid foundation in computer science or engineering.
  • You bring extensive experience with Agile methodologies, especially SAFe. Experience in Data Governance initiatives is a plus.
  • You have a strong understanding of IT solutions at all levels, with a solid grasp of business contexts and complex IT architectures, including various technologies and systems.
  • You bring hands-on experience in areas like testing, release management and more.
  • You master storytelling and impactful presentations and have a knack for driving process improvements and fostering creativity.
  • You are fluent in English (Dutch and/or French is a plus).
