Luminus is a challenger in the energy market, and the B2B department is undergoing a lot of transformation to be able to answer to the needs of the customers and strengthen the core competencies in the end-to-end digital customer journey.

As B2B Change & Knowledge Manager you play a key role in ensuring the seamless integration of transformation projects across B2B business teams. You will be responsible to spread information with the right level of detail to all relevant stakeholders to create enthusiasm, improve knowledge and make the change happen. You will be responsible for effectively communicating relevant information to stakeholders at the right level of detail, fostering enthusiasm and facilitating change.
You coordinate all B2B-related regression testing, maintain the B2B Knowledge database and organize training and onboarding programs within the B2B department.

Your Daily Job

You develop and execute a change and communication plan for B2B Transformation projects, ensuring clear messaging and engagement.
You identify stakeholder needs and create a structured communication approach tailored to each project team.
You minimize resistance to change by using the right mix of communication channels and strategies.
You organize and facilitate regression testing for every Release Train Go Live, coordinating with B2B Key Users in the COPS department.
You ensure the timely creation and delivery of training materials, organizing sessions for go-live packages in collaboration with knowledge owners.
You support hypercare and adoption post-go-live by identifying issues, optimizing workflows and maintaining the B2B knowledge database and onboarding track.

Your Profile

You have a master’s degree in Communication or a similar background.
You have at least 5 years of experience as a Change Manager, preferably in B2B IT projects.
You are ADKAR-certified and as plus you have a strong understanding of change management principles.
You communicate openly and enthusiastically, engaging with all levels of the organization.
You simplify complex project deliverables into clear benefits for business users.
You are creative in both writing and visual presentations, making information engaging and accessible.
You work independently, take ownership of your tasks, and thrive as both a team player and people manager.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, French and Dutch.
