As a Buyer – Professional Services & IT Projects, you’ll lead procurement initiatives to optimize our supplier portfolio, reduce total cost of ownership and enhance supplier performance.

Your Daily Job

• You implement the category strategy defined by the Senior Buyer and manage sourcing processes (RFx) to optimize costs and create value.
• You understand your internal clients’ needs, advise them in defining requirements and translate these into clear specifications.
• You select suppliers, negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with internal policies and category strategies.
• You support contract management, monitor existing agreements and evaluate suppliers in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• You stay ahead of industry trends, tracking market movements to refine sourcing strategies and supplier selection.
• You contribute to improving procurement processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and best practices.

Your Profile

• You hold a master's degree or equivalent and have initial experience in (project) procurement.
• You have expertise in project management, stakeholder management and leading RFx processes independently.
• You bring strong negotiation, sourcing and cost analysis skills, with an affinity for IT projects and procurement of professional services.
• You are an influential communicator with excellent presentation skills, networking abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
• You are fluent in English and have a good command of either Dutch or French.
