In the first phase, your responsibility as an Identity and Access Management (IAM) First Line Agent is to handle identity operations, ensuring the correct access is granted to employees, external staff, suppliers, and partners. You will perform both manual and automated fulfillment. Automated tasks will be completed using a platform, while manual fulfillment will require a strong understanding of the Luminus application landscape and the various roles within each application.
In the second phase, you will also manage operations related to granting privileged access to system administrators using a dedicated platform (the project is ongoing).

 

 

Your daily job

 

IT Service Management integration :

  • IAM User Support: You provide first-line support for identity and access management issues, including password resets, account unlocks, and access requests.
  • Service request fulfillement: You process access requests and ensure appropriate permissions are granted in accordance with company policies.
  • Incident Management: You assist in the identification, investigation, and resolution of IAM-related incidents.
  • Documentation: You maintain and update documentation, including policies, procedures, and user guides.
  • Collaboration: You work closely with IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive IAM processes.
  • Testing : You perform tests when onboarding new applications on the IAM platform.
  • IAM platform administration : You are responsible for maintaining  reference data. 
  • IAM platform operations : You are responsible for executing operations using the platform administration portal (verification campaigns, extract of data to support management decisions).

Attention point : On demand, you are available outside normal business hours to fix urgent access service request such access revocation in case of detected security threats. 

 

Privileged Acces Management support (PAM) : you aim at granting the right accesses to the system administrator (internal and external staff) by using a dedicated platform.

This will request to perform the following :

  • You do the maintenance of reference data on the PAM platform.
  • You arrange the update of defined security policy.
  • You fullfill service requests to grant access. 
  • You extract data and production of report to support management decision.
  • You run system assurance reporting.

 

 

Your Profile 
 

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience  
     
  • You have 1-2 years of experience in IT support, security, or a related field  
  • Experience with IAM tools and systems is a plus  
  • You are fully proficient in French OR Dutch, and English  
  • You have a strong understanding of identity and access management principles  
  • You are empathetic and service-oriented  
  • You are familiar with IAM tools (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, Single Sign-On solutions)  
  •  You are capable of understanding the business and technical applications landscape  
  • You have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail  
  • You have strong communication and customer service skills  
  • You handle confidential information with integrity
