As a Scrum Master Digital,  
you’ll be a servant leader and coach, empowering digital Scrum teams to become high-performing and self-organizing, supported by your background in development. Working alongside the Product Owner, you’ll drive collaboration, manage inter-team dependencies and apply Agile best practices to ensure seamless delivery.
 

Your Daily Job

• You will contribute to the further development and improvement of our Luminus customer applications e.g. My Luminus
• You drive team success by ensuring progress toward Sprint and Program Increment (PI) goals, removing obstacles and maintaining focus on quality and delivery.
• You facilitate collaboration within the Release Train, preparing PI planning, coordinating across teams and protecting the team from uncontrolled scope expansion.
• You build a high-performing development team by improving team dynamics, resolving conflicts and fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability.
• You champion Agile values by leading Scrum rituals, reinforcing team rules and coaching on Agile methodologies like SAFe.
• You promote innovation and efficiency by encouraging techniques like CI/CD, test automation and better demo practices to enhance workflow and quality.
• You coach and inspire teams, leaders and stakeholders on Agile processes, fostering a mindset of continuous improvement across the organization.

Your Profile

• You come from a development background, and you have experience with leading teams through application development cycles.
• You bring a strong understanding of complex IT architectures, frontend technologies and business contexts.
• Your experience allows you to do a deep dive into the technology when needed
• You have extensive experience with Agile methodologies, ideally SAFe.
• You excel in stakeholder engagement, using storytelling, presentations and knowledge-sharing techniques.
• You apply critical thinking to optimize processes and drive creativity.
• You are fluent in English (Dutch and/or French is a plus).
