Publication date: November 20, 2024
Luminus is on a journey to become a more data-driven organization. Over the past three years, we have made significant investments in AI, BI, and data governance to enhance our capabilities. With the emergence of GenAI, Luminus has initiated a corporate program to drive innovation, productivity, and strategic AI integration across operations and decision-making.
Our IT department plays a key role in this transformation by supporting a robust Data Platform that powers classical BI, advanced ML, and integration use cases. We are also adopting a "data product" approach to standardize data management and drive business adoption.
At Luminus, we operate in an agile environment and are structured within a Release Train to foster efficient collaboration and delivery. As part of a major transformation, our DNA team is growing, with the addition of business-focused scrum teams and two core Data Platform teams.
In this context, we are seeking a Scrum Master to guide and support the core Data Platform teams, ensuring agile practices are followed and delivery is efficient, qualitative and aligned with business objectives.
