As a Senior Data Analyst, you lead impactful data projects, aligning analysis with business goals to unlock new opportunities. You mentor junior analysts, introduce best practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn insights into business value.

What you’ll do

• You lead impactful data analysis by identifying trends, anomalies and opportunities that drive business success.
• Shaping key decisions, you translate complex data into strategic insights for non-technical stakeholders,
• You develop scalable data products and dashboards that enhance efficiency and support data-driven operations.
• Ensuring measurable impact and ROI, you align AI and analytics solutions with business goals.
• You build strong relationships across teams, mentoring colleagues and fostering collaboration.
• Continuously improving tools, methodologies and governance, you drive innovation in data practices.

What you bring

Required

• You hold a Master’s degree in a STEM field or a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Data Intelligence, showcasing your expertise in applying analytics to business challenges.
• You have over 5 years of experience in data analysis, leading cross-functional projects, and mentoring junior colleagues.
• You excel in SQL, optimizing complex queries and enhancing data processing efficiency.
• You are proficient in data processing tools like SAS, Python, or R, introducing and standardizing best practices within your team.
• You possess deep knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn), creating impactful executive-level reports and dashboards.
• You have solid experience in data modeling techniques, structuring and organizing data to ensure scalability and alignment with business needs.
• You are fluent in English and either Dutch or French.

Appreciated

• You have experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Snowflake) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), ensuring high data integrity with data quality tools.
• You are proficient in Git and version control systems, with a strong understanding of Data Product Thinking.
