As a Senior Data Analyst, you lead impactful data projects, aligning analysis with business goals to unlock new opportunities. You mentor junior analysts, introduce best practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn insights into business value.

What you bring

Required

You hold a Master’s degree in a STEM field or a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Data Intelligence, showcasing your expertise in applying analytics to business challenges.
You have over 5 years of experience in data analysis, leading cross-functional projects, and mentoring junior colleagues.
You excel in SQL, optimizing complex queries and enhancing data processing efficiency.
You are proficient in data processing tools like SAS, Python, or R, introducing and standardizing best practices within your team.
You possess deep knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn), creating impactful executive-level reports and dashboards.
You have solid experience in data modeling techniques, structuring and organizing data to ensure scalability and alignment with business needs.
You are fluent in English and either Dutch or French.

Appreciated

You have experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Snowflake) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), ensuring high data integrity with data quality tools.
You are proficient in Git and version control systems, with a strong understanding of Data Product Thinking.
