IAM Business Analyst

What You’ll Do

• Define and refine application access rules and roles (RBAC).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document IAM needs.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.
• Support the implementation of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
• Configure and manage IAM tools while ensuring compliance with security policies.
• Provide expert troubleshooting support and deliver IAM training sessions.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years in IT support, security, or a related field.
• Familiarity with IAM tools like SailPoint, Okta, or OneIdentity is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Fluency in French or Dutch, with professional proficiency in English.
• A proactive mindset, ready to tackle challenges and deliver results.
