Luminus is the #2 power and gas producer and supplier on the Belgian energy market and plays a major role in the energy transition.

Customer Experience & Care handles after-sales service for mass market clients and Billing & Collections manages invoices and payments. Both departments face numerous changes in the market, processes, systems and organization.

To guide employees through these changes, Luminus seeks an Change Practioner.

 

As Change Practioner you will support the change management program tailored to the unique needs of the operational teams. The change team will consist of an Organizational Change Manager and a Change Practitioner.

 

 

Your Daily Job

 

  • You capture change-related concerns within operational teams, ensuring they feel supported.
  • You map and streamline changes impacting CXC and B&C, enhancing clarity and efficiency.
  • You manage day-to-day execution of change initiatives, focusing on their operational impact.
  • You coordinate the Engagement Forum and collaborate with the Knowledge & Learning team on the Expertise Forum.
  • You organize communication and training sessions with the Knowledge & Learning team, equipping teams for success.
  • You maintain the Retail change management SharePoint as a key resource.
  • You gather team feedback to monitor adoption, address challenges and improve processes.
  • You align operational change activities with organizational goals in collaboration with the Change Manager.
  • You act as a liaison for Project and Change Managers, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
  • You deliver clear action plans, documentation, and ongoing support for change initiatives.
  • You collaborate with the Knowledge & Learning team to refine strategies based on user feedback.
  • You engage with ‘change champions’ across teams to drive a unified approach to transformation.

 

 

Your Profile

 

  • You have a university degree or equivalent qualifications.
  • You bring at least 3 years of experience in leading or participating in change management projects.
  • You have strong knowledge of the ADKAR methodology and can apply it effectively to drive successful change initiatives.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
  • You manage and drive change initiatives effectively on a daily basis, ensuring progress and alignment.
  • You work seamlessly with diverse teams to ensure smooth transitions and shared understanding.
  • You address and resolve operational issues related to change, keeping projects on track.
  • You navigate team dynamics and handle resistance to change with professionalism and empathy.
  • You ensure all change-related tasks are completed accurately and comprehensively.
  • You understand team needs and provide clear guidance, training, and ongoing support.
  • You explain new processes and procedures effectively, addressing questions and concerns.
  • You demonstrate flexibility, adapting to shifting priorities and challenges.
  • You communicate clearly and consistently, fostering collaboration and understanding.
  • You excel in training, equipping teams with the knowledge they need to succeed.
  • You solve problems creatively, finding practical solutions to complex challenges.
