Digital Business Owner B2B

Luminus is a challenger in the energy market and the B2B department is undergoing a lot of transformation to be able to answer to the needs of the customers and strengthen the core competencies in the end-to-end digital customer journey.

As Digital Business Owner B2B, you act as the voice of B2B Business Stakeholders within the project team, overseeing the reconstruction of the MyLuminusBusiness customer portal and ensuring it meets the needs of both external and internal customers.

Your Daily Job

• You lead the digital transformation within B2B, together with the Performance & Change Manager, shaping the vision and roadmap. 
• You translate this vision into concrete deliverables and ensure they are developed in the scrum teams.
• You gather business needs from stakeholders and ensure they are turned into actionable features and user stories, keeping the Voice of the Customer at the center.
• You actively participate in scrum ceremonies, guiding business analysts and key users to refine project requirements and user stories.
• You manage stakeholder engagement by organizing quality communities and keeping all B2B end users informed about digital transformation progress.
• You drive the timely delivery of knowledge and training materials, ensuring successful adoption of new tools and processes.
• You provide regular reporting to the the Performance & Change Manager, as wel as other stakeholders, ensuring transparency on progress, priorities and business impact.

Your Profile

• You have a master’s degree in (IT-)Engineering, Applied Economics or equivalent experience.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in (IT) project management and 3 years in Digital Customer-facing tools, ideally within commodity markets.
• You communicate fluently in English and at least one Belgian language (French/Dutch). 
• You work independently and maintain oversight in complex environments, while taking decisive action.
• You have a proactive, solution-driven mindset and embrace change with a positive, constructive attitude.
• You are a people-oriented team player who shares knowledge openly and gives and receives feedback to grow together.
