IAM Business Analyst

As IAM Business Analyst you will be part of the IAM team, within Service Management and Integration. You will play a crucial role in improving the Identity and Access Management process, which ensures efficiency and compliancy throughout the organisation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our organization's identity and access management infrastructure.
Your Daily Job
- You manage and review application access rules and business roles (RBAC).
- You collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze and document business needs related to IAM processes, focusing on user access, entitlements and identity lifecycle management.
- You help define and shape the IAM strategy.
- You contribute to the IGA implementation project, from requirements to deployment.
- You drive IAM process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce risks and improve user experience.
- You configure and manage IAM solutions, ensuring compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements and alignment with best practices.
- You act as a liaison between business units, technical teams and external vendors, ensuring IAM solutions align with organizational needs.
- You assist in developing and maintaining IAM policies, procedures and guidelines.
- You provide expert support to troubleshoot IAM issues, in collaboration with IT teams, to resolve problems quickly.
- You organize training and workshops on IAM tools, practices and policies.
- You implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators to optimize the Access Management Service.
- You support long-term projects to consolidate IAM tools and strengthen security.
Your Profile
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or have equivalent experience.
- You are familiar with analysis methodologies and business process analysis.
- You bring at least 1-2 years of experience in IT support, security or a related field.
- Experience with IAM tools and systems like OneIdentity, SailPoint, Okta or similar solutions is a strong advantage.
- You are fluent in either French or Dutch and have professional proficiency in English.
- You excel in analyzing complex business processes and translating them into technical requirements.
- You communicate technical concepts effortlessly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- You have a problem-solving mindset, using critical thinking to tackle complex IAM challenges creatively.
- You are proficient in process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, adeptly managing multiple priorities and projects.
- You have a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills.
