As Legal Counsel, you’ll support our Production department, focusing on wind turbine projects from development to operation. Working under the Legal Manager, you’ll navigate contracts, regulations and challenges in a fast-moving energy landscape.

Your Daily Job

• You draft and negotiate various agreements and review notarial deeds.
• You manage permit procedures and provide ad hoc legal advice on permits and appeals.
• You support corporate transactions and housekeeping for Luminus’ wind affiliates, and assist in investment decision preparations.
• You handle insurance cases alongside the Insurance Specialist.
• You organize business trainings and keep the template database current.
• You collaborate with internal and external experts to drive legal excellence.

Your Profile

• You hold a Master’s degree in law and have 3–6 years of experience in administrative, real estate or contract law.
• You are analytical, pragmatic and proactive—setting priorities and achieving results independently or as a team player.
• You communicate complex legal concepts clearly and fluently in Dutch, English, and French.
• You are proficient with MS Office and digital tools.
