As a Payroll Advisor, you are a driving force behind the continued growth and excellence of the HR Services department. Together with your team, you will strive for flawless execution while continuously improving processes within your domain. You’ll play a key role in shaping the department’s transformation journey and ensuring every detail of payroll and administration is handled with care and precision.
Your Daily Job
- You manage payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing of wages, updates for hires, shifts, salary changes and personnel data in SuccessFactors & SAP.
- You handle time and absence management, overseeing Flextime, CATS and all types of leave (parental, maternity, time credit) in collaboration with HR Operations officers.
- You administer benefits and insurance, managing group and hospitalisation insurance, accident declarations, family allowances and related personnel matters.
- You ensure compliance and improvements, applying social/tax legislation, sector regulations and internal agreements while refining payroll processes.
- You support employees, acting as the Single Point of Contact for payroll, resolving issues and providing communication materials to keep them informed.
- You create reports and insights, maintaining standard and ad hoc reports to support HR operations and decision-making.
- You contribute to HR projects, such as implementing tools (online leave tool, time registration system, etc) and driving process optimization initiatives.
Your Profile
- You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- You are an expert in social legislation.
- You bring 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- You’re proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- You know SAP and are comfortable working with it.
- You’re bilingual, fluent in Dutch and French, with a working knowledge of English.
- You connect the dots, analyzing data and solving problems with clear insights.
