Sourcer / Junior Talent Acquisition Matchmaker

At Luminus, we are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Sourcer / Junior Talent Acquisition Matchmaker to join our vibrant team. In this role, you’ll be a key player in identifying, attracting, and selecting the next generation of talent that will help us drive our mission forward. Working closely with our experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists and Hiring Managers, you’ll source and engage exceptional candidates across various functions. Your daily job
 

• You will source, identify, engage, and build pipelines of passive and active candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, professional networks, and internal databases.
• You will participate in campus recruitment events, job fairs, and networking meetups to connect with future talent.
• You will collaborate with the team to implement innovative sourcing strategies and craft tailored recruitment campaigns to attract diverse candidates.
• You will stay informed on market trends, talent availability, and candidate behaviors, actively exploring innovative approaches to finding top talent. Additionally, you will be responsible for strategically publishing job descriptions on the most effective platforms to ensure our hiring strategies remain competitive and reach the right candidates.
• You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• You will explore and implement AI tools to enhance the recruitment process, from sourcing automation to candidate matching.
• You will conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit, representing Luminus and our core values: #customerfirst, #alltogether, and #entrepreneurship.
• You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to find and hire the best talent.

Your profile
 

• You are proficient in French, Dutch, and have a solid command of English.
• You have a natural affinity for connecting with people and understanding their motivations.
• Your planning and coordination skills are exceptional.
• You’re an excellent communicator, able to build rapport with both candidates and stakeholders.
• You’re comfortable using recruitment technologies and keen to explore innovative solutions, including AI.
• You’re not afraid to take initiative and suggest new ideas.
• You enjoy working collaboratively and understand the power of a strong team.
