Commercial Data Analyst

As a Commercial Data Analyst in the Retail & B2B department, you'll leverage SQL, SAS and Qlik to analyze data, uncover trends and enhance retail operations and customer experience. Your insights will be key in steering Luminus' vision.

What You’ll Do

• You lead the development and maintenance of advanced data analytics models using SAS and Qlik to support business decision-making.
• Gathering detailed knowledge of business processes, you maintain close relationships with business stakeholders.
• You generate interactive dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs and other critical metrics.
• Supporting day-to-day operations with timely data analysis, you respond to ad-hoc data requests.
• You collaborate with stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
• Through proactive data insights and innovations you drive continuous improvement in retail processes.

What You Bring

• You hold an MSc Degree in a business/data/technology-related field or have equivalent experience.
• You have expert knowledge of SQL, data processing tools such as SAS, Python, or R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
• You possess a strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• You work with an agile and results-focused ethic.
• You are a team player with a customer-centric approach and a proactive way of working.
• You have excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in Dutch/French.
