Project Leader B2B Decarbonization Services

Luminus aims to support its industrial clients in their decarbonization journey by offering tailored CO2 reduction solutions.

Therefore we are looking for a project leader tot reinfore our Decarbonization Services Team.

Your Daily Job

• You target, negotiate, lead and manage the execution of decarbonization roadmaps for industrial clients. You ensure projects are completed on time, within scope of the Luminus business objectives, and on budget.
• You use your broad professional network and experience in the energy sector to implement tailor made solutions. Your target group are industrial and strategic clients of Luminus.
• You regularly monitor and report on technical and economical market trends, ensuring that projects remain aligned with the latest advancements and insights in the decarbonization landscape.
• You apply a process-oriented project management approach in order to manage multiple customer tracks. 
• You implement process monitoring throughout the customer journey, ensuring continuous improvement in project delivery.
• You use your commercial skills and experience in the energy sector to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with industrial clients and hunt for new customers.
• You work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that the company’s decarbonization services are positioned effectively in the market and appeal to different industrial customer segments.
• You take the lead in bringing together cross-company expertise, including sales, technical, affiliate companies of Luminus and marketing departments, to ensure project execution.
• You ensure that the projects delivered meet our customer expectations, particularly in analytics, project management, and reporting services, fostering a long-term relation with the industrial client.
• You take ownership on short-term actions while also maintaining a focus on the long-term Luminus strategy.

Your Profile

• You have a master level in Engineering.
• You have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the energy sector, with extensive knowledge of energy transition and decarbonization technologies.
• Expertise in monitoring and reporting on decarbonization market trends, which allows you to adapt project roadmaps to align with market developments is a plus.
• You have a strong ability to think in a structured, process-oriented manner.
• Skilled in implementing continuous process improvement strategies to ensure project success, is a asset

• You have proven experience in building and maintaining strong business relationships in the energy sector.
• You are experienced in developing business cases and working closely with sales teams to position services effectively for different market segments.
• You have commercial focus and you can identify new opportunities, drive sales and meet commercial targets.
• You excel at working effectively within a diverse team of professionals, combining a long-term vision with the initiative to drive short-term projects.
• Your leadership skills allow you to foster teamwork and encourage knowledge sharing within the decarbonization team.
• As a native speaker of French or Dutch, you have professional proficiency in English, which is essential for collaborating with teams and clients in both Flanders and Wallonia.
