Today, we are looking for an enthusiastic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to join our passionate team and take the lead in attracting, selecting, and hiring top talents. In this role, you will shape and implement our talent acquisition strategy with very diverse profiles. You will ensure that our recruitment efforts reflect the diversity of Belgian society, fostering fairness and inclusion through innovative sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives. Additionally, you will lead, coach, and inspire a team of specialists in sourcing and selection, ensuring a best-in-class recruitment experience.
Your Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a forward-thinking talent acquisition strategy that enables Luminus to attract and hire talents for the future.
Foster diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) by implementing inclusive hiring strategies and diversifying sourcing channels to ensure that our workforce mirrors Belgian society.
Collaborate with intenal clients and HR Managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of workforce planning and business priorities.
Oversee and optimize the full recruitment cycle, from job description creation to screening, interviewing, and contract offers, ensuring an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
Lead and coach a team recruitment professionals, ensuring high-quality and consistent ways of working while developing their skills and potential.
Monitor labor market trends and leverage insights to continuously refine and improve recruitment processes, inspiring the team with innovative approaches.
Manage strategic recruitment projects to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in talent acquisition.
Analyze recruitment data, identify trends, and provide insights to management, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Ensure full compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, non-discrimination policies, etc.).
Own and manage the recruitment budget, ensuring cost-effective hiring strategies.
Proactive and solution-oriented leader, able to develop and guide a team towards success.
Innovative and creative, with a talent for proposing impactful solutions.
Special attention for efficiency whilst ensuring a best-in-class recruitment experience.
Fluent in French and Dutch, with a good command of English.
