As a Technical Analyst SAP (FICO / HR),
you’ll design smart SAP solutions, optimizing cost, efficience and compliance. With expertise in ABAP and end-to-end processes, you’ll drive digital transformation and support Luminus in delivering innovative energy solutions.

What you’ll do
 

• You collaborate with Solution Designers to align technical solutions with functional design architecture.
• You design, configure, and develop SAP FICO or HR solutions, ensuring they meet business needs.
• You evaluate and estimate the feasibility of solutions, balancing cost, effectiveness, and value.
• You lead the technical development and configuration within SAP FICO, with a strong understanding of E2E processes.
• You advise stakeholders on best practices and ensure solutions are compliant with IT and security standards.
• You deliver solutions on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards.

What you bring
 

• You hold ideally a master degree in exact sciences (preferably in IT) or show us you have built up experience equal to this degree.
• You have solid technical background in ABAP development, design and implementation in SAP FICO area.
• You have a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, ready to take on long-term SAP challenges.
• You have familiarity with other SAP modules (MM, ECC or S/4 HANA).
• You are fluent in English and either Dutch or French.
