Personal Assistant to the CEO

HR & Communications

As the Personal Assistant to the CEO at Luminus, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of the CEO office.   You manage a wide range of executive and administrative support related taks and act as the liaison between the CEO and various internal and external stakeholders. In this capacity, thanks to your strong and discrete organisatory and and interpersonal skills, you will be a real trustperson to the CEO to ensure an efficient organization of daily operations.

 

 

Your Daily Job

 

  • Representation: act as first point of contact for the CEO towards internal and external stakeholders and make sure to build up a professional and constructive relationship with them to allow a smooth cooperation.
  • Agenda Management and Planning: manage the CEO's complex agenda, including plan meetings and appointments, and proactively follow up/adapt if necessary remind. Act as gatekeeper, ensuring the executive’s time is used effectively.
  • Travel: plan and arrange complex travel arrangements and manage any changes efficiently.
  • Meeting support: prepare high level meetings including for boards/shareholders, and ensure proactive and qualitative administration/logistics/catering on time. As to executive committee functioning, this includes also management of agendas/supporting materials/attendees/follow up action points.
  • Administrative Support: manage emails, draft/finalize letters or presentations, draft and process expense reports, and handle other administrative tasks that contribute to the efficient functioning of the CEO's office, within the necessary deadlines.

  • Flexibility and Stress Management: manage a dynamic work environment with diplomacy, including under the pressure of last minute changes/problems. 
  • Coordination: coordinate a fluent cooperation with other personal assistants of executive committee and ensure relevant backups, alignment of way of working, and an efficient documentation and filing system

 

Your profile

 

  • You preferably have a bachelor's degree in Office Management or equivalent experience, with several years in a similar executive-level role being a plus.
  • You possess excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
  • You excel in organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Renewable Energy Developer

Luminus kan zich met een geïnstalleerd vermogen van 725 MW de nummer 1 binnen de Belgische sector van windenergie noemen. Sinds december 2023 exploiteren we 279 windturbines. Deze produceren genoeg groene energie voor 400.000 gezinnen.

 

Je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid over het ontwikkelen van nieuwe windturbineparken.  Je beheert een portefeuille van windprojecten in verschillende stadia van ontwikkeling. De projecten zijn zeer gevarieerd, gaande van verkennende studies tot technische en economische haalbaarheidsstudies, vergezeld van vergunningsaanvragen en juridische dossiers. 

 

We hebben een duidelijk doel vooropgesteld: tegen 2027 willen we ons windturbinepark uitbreiden tot een capaciteit van meer dan 1000 MW. Alleen op die manier kunnen we blijvend zorg dragen voor het milieu én kunnen we de Kyoto-akkoorden naleven en de doelstellingen van de Europese Unie halen. Net daarom investeren we ook steevast in technologische vooruitgang op het vlak van windenergie.

 

 

Jouw dagelijkse job

  • Je verkent en analyseert de opportuniteiten om het windturbinepark van Luminus verder uit te breiden (bedrijfsbezoeken, GIS-tools, …).
  • Je coördineert en sluit afspraken en overeenkomsten af, waarbij je vlot communiceert met alle betrokken stakeholders.
  • Je onderzoekt de aansluiting op het elektriciteitsnet, in nauwe samenwerking met de netbeheerder en onze netwerkexpert.
  • Je bouwt relaties op met lokale autoriteiten en regelgevende instanties (burgemeesters, Agentschap voor Natuur en Bos, …). Met de steun van Corporate Affairs verdedig je jouw projecten bij lokale besturen en ministeriële kabinetten.
  • Je zorgt voor een business case voor het investeringscomité, in samenwerking met het wind management team.  Deze case vormt de basis voor verdere beslissingen van het directiecomité en andere comités binnen de EDF-groep.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met andere departementen binnen Luminus (Productie, HSE, Legal, Purchasing, Optimisation en Corporate Affairs).
  • Je zorgt voor een  soepele overdracht aan het Construction team en Wind Asset Management team die instaan voor de bouw en implementatie.

 

 

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een bachelor of master diploma in een technische richting (bio-ingenieur, klimatisering, energie, …).
  • Je hebt ervaring of interesse in hernieuwbare energie- of andere projectontwikkeling.
  • Je communiceert goed en kan je communicatiestijl aanpassen aan verschillende interne en externe stakeholders, 
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en Engels.

Gérer des projets d’investissement multidisciplinaires et réaliser les études d’ingénierie de pour la construction d’actif de production en énergie renouvelable, thermique ou de stockage d’électricité.

 

Tâches

Gérer des projets permettant l’adaptation ou l’optimalisation des actifs de production existants de Luminus, ce qui comprend la maîtrise des aspects HSE, cybersécurité, du budget, des performances et du planning.Coordonner la construction des parcs éoliens en assurant les interfaces en amont avec le développement éolien et en aval avec l’asset management éolien.

 

  •  Participer en tant que project manager à la construction des nouveaux actifs de production d’électricité en prenant en charge un ou des lots de la phase de design jusqu’au transfert au client interne.
  • Apporter un appui technique au développement de projet et à l’exploitation en proposant des solutions techniques aux besoins de génie civil et travaux d’infrastructure sous la forme d’expertise.
  • Collaborer avec les autres départements (Procurement, Finance, Optimisation, Legal, Corporate Affairs…) à l’établissement d’un business case afin d’obtenir la décision d’investissement.
  • Rapporter le statut des projets au directeur des projets/supérieur hiérarchique ou au comité de pilotage afin de rapporter les problèmes rencontrés et proposer les solutions.
  • Exploiter le retour d’expérience des projets après réalisation afin de permettre l’amélioration du processus de gestion des projets.
  •  Participer aux synergies avec le Groupe EDF dans les domaines de l’ingénierie du génie civil.

 

Pré-requis du poste
  • Formation universitaire ou équivalente à orientation technique : Ingénieur Civil ou industriel dans le domaine du génie civil.
  • 8 années d’expérience en production d’électricité (Gestion de projets, asset management ou maintenance d’actifs).
  • 2 années d’expérience spécifiques en étude d’ingénierie dans la construction d’actifs de production.
  • Démontrer une expérience en génie civil est un atout pour la fonction.

To continue this data-driven journey, we are expanding our Generation Data Science team. This transversal team supports both thermal and wind domain experts, working closely with those on the plant floor: maintenance engineers, performance engineers, asset managers, technical experts and operators.   • You design, develop, and deploy robust machine learning models that address the unique challenges of power generation. These models are used to predict equipment failures, optimize maintenance schedules, enhance energy output, and more.

Sustainability Project Leader

CSR

Luminus is one of the key players in the Belgian energy sector, recognized for its strong commitment to sustainability and excellence in ESG performance. With an impressive EcoVadis score of 79/100 (Platinum medal) and multiple awards and nominations for its CSR reports in 2019, 2021 and most recent, Luminus demonstrates a consistent dedication to responsible business practices.

However, the introduction of the CSRD directive requires Luminus to further formalize its CSR-related policies, with explicit targets, detailed action plans and auditable metrics. Additionally, the governance and organizational structure for sustainability must evolve to align with ESRS standards, particularly ESRS 2, enabling stronger collaboration across Strategy, Risks, HSE, HR and operational departments.

To meet these challenges, we are seeking a Sustainability Project Leader.You will take on the overall responsibility for the CSRD action plan, as well as oversee existing initiatives tied to key sustainability ratings (such as EcoVadis, Voka, and Unitar). You report directly to the Head of Sustainability and you will also collaborate closely with EDF Group experts on topics such as biodiversity, carbon footprint management, climate change adaptation, and circular economy practices.

Regional Senior Wind Asset Manager

Porté par la strategie de croissance de Luminus, le portefeuille éolien totalisait à la fin 2019, environ 520 MW de puissance installée répartie entre une soixantaine de parcs éoliens avec plus de 200 turbines ; l’objectif étant d’atteindre 700 MW en 2022. Pour ce faire, Luminus s’appuie sur l’opération de nouveaux parcs ainsi que sur l’exploitation long-terme des actifs (plusieurs atteindront bientôt la quinzaine d’années). Par conséquent, le profil du portefeuille éolien et l’opération de celui-ci se complexifie.

 

Dans ce contexte, vous jouez un rôle clé en tant que Regional Senior Wind Asset Manager. Vous apportez votre expertise pour encadrer et soutenir les équipes régionales de Wind Asset Managers sous votre responsabilité. Vous assurez une harmonisation des pratiques entre les régions et favorisez des synergies internes solides au sein de l’équipe Wind Asset Management.En véritable facilitateur, vous encouragez une communication fluide et structurée, aussi bien descendante qu’ascendante, et stimulez les échanges cross-fonctionnels, notamment avec les WA Coordinateurs et les WSS.Pour rester connecté au terrain et aux défis opérationnels, vous supervisez également un portefeuille réduit de 3 à 5 parcs éoliens (environ 15 turbines maximum). Vous assurez leur suivi opérationnel tout au long de leur cycle de vie, avec pour objectif d’atteindre les exigences fixées dans la Wind Policy et détaillées dans le SAMP.Votre expertise, votre vision stratégique et votre capacité à fédérer les équipes font de vous un acteur essentiel pour garantir la performance durable du portefeuille éolien de Luminus. 

 

Votre quotidien

 

  • Vous homogénéisez et harmonisez les pratiques entre les équipes régionales, en alignant les actions sur la Wind Policy et les objectifs du SAMP. Vous organisez des réunions régulières, en groupe et en individuel, pour assurer une communication fluide et structurée.
  • Vous gérez directement jusqu'à cinq actifs éoliens, suivez les KPI (kWh, €, maintenance, HSE) et analysez les rapports hebdomadaires et mensuels. Vous traquez les sous-performances et travaillez avec les équipes support pour identifier les causes et mettre en place des solutions.
  • Vous êtes le point de contact clé pour les clients, partenaires et sous-traitants. Vous veillez à la qualité et à la clarté des échanges, en suivant le Plan de Communication et les process établis.
  • Vous supervisez l'intégration des nouveaux parcs éoliens, garantissez la complétude documentaire et veillez à la levée des réserves identifiées sur le terrain.
  • Vous suivez les campagnes de conformité (acoustique, sécurité) et assurez la rédaction des rapports d'incidents et le suivi des plaintes.
  • Vous intervenez lors des réunions avec les O&M providers pour défendre les intérêts de l'entreprise et proposer des stratégies alternatives.
  • Vous identifiez les besoins en formation, stimulez la montée en compétences et insufflez une dynamique positive à vos collaborateurs.

 

Votre profil 

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’une formation universitaire (technique ou économique).
  • Vous avez au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans l’Asset Management éolien.
  • Vous disposez d’une expérience managériale, même transverse (minimum 1 an).
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils MS Office.
  • Vous parlez couramment le français, le néerlandais et l’anglais.
  • Vous êtes mobile pour effectuer des déplacements ponctuels sur site.
  • Vous avez capacité à analyser, décider et organiser efficacement.
  • Vous analysez, décidez et organisez efficacement vos actions pour atteindre vos objectifs.
  • Vous faites preuve de leadership, coachez et motivez votre équipe avec dynamisme.
  • Vous communiquez avec clarté et respectez rigoureusement les procédures établies.
  • Vous innovez et proposez des solutions adaptées aux défis rencontrés.
