Your Daily Job

• You provide valuable regional insights on agricultural challenges to project developers, building a robust network of stakeholders within the agricultural sector.
• You advise and support field teams during project scouting and development, ensuring optimal conditions for project feasibility and community acceptance.
• You help assess the regulatory framework, collaborate with agricultural consultancy firms and evaluate the agricultural viability of Agri-PV projects to ensure that the project designs seamlessly integrate farming and solar requirements.
• You work closely with regional teams, agricultural unions and administration to align with agricultural regulations and community needs.
• You lead knowledge-sharing sessions within the development team and across departments (Environment, GIS, Grid Connection, Local Integration, Operations & Maintenance).
• You develop innovative methodological tools to support project developers and streamline development processes.
• You gather feedback from projects and use your insights to establish best practices for future developments.
• You will help to structure the agri-PV sector in Belgium. 
• You represent Luminus at conferences and industry events, contributing to the evolution of regulations and best practice guides for the Agri-PV sector.

Your Profile
 

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the agricultural sector, agri-food industry, or renewable energy project development in agricultural environments.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in French (knowledge of Dutch is a plus).
• A good understanding of photovoltaic technologies is a significant advantage.
• You have a strong grasp of agricultural issues and the needs of farmers.
• You are agile, pragmatic, and methodical in your approach to work.
• You possess excellent interpersonal skills and oral communication abilities.
