Solution Designer SAP FICO

Join us as a Solution Designer in our IT Supporting Services team, where you’ll drive the design and implementation of cutting-edge solutions for Finance & HR processes.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects and business stakeholders, to ensure that our solutions are not only technically sound but also deliver real business value.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with Solution Architects to align designs with overall architecture.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO solutions, ensuring they meet business needs.
• Evaluate and estimate the feasibility of solutions, balancing cost, effectiveness, and value.
• Lead the design and configuration within SAP FICO, with a strong understanding of E2E processes.
• Advise stakeholders on best practices and ensure solutions are compliant with IT and security standards.
• Deliver solutions on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards.

What You'll Bring

• Proven expertise in SAP FICO with experience in solution design and implementation.
• Familiarity with other SAP modules (MM, ECC, or S/4 HANA) and a solid technical background.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Business proficiency in English, with at least one of Dutch or French.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, ready to take on long-term SAP challenges.
