Luminus' growth strategy aims to increase the renewable portfolio to 1500 MW by 2030. This will depend on the operation of new assets as well as the long-term operation of existing assets. This makes the portfolio and its operation more complex over time.In this context, as the AM you will manage a portfolio of assets (about 50 in total), which you monitor mainly during their operational phase, with the goal of meeting the targets defined in the AM Policy and detailed in the Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP), throughout the asset life cycle.Your main role is to ensure that all the processes described in the SAMP are completed satisfactorily and timely, both in terms of quantity and quality.

 


Your daily job

 

  • You have full accountability for the assets under your care.
  • You are the official point of contact for exchanges with customers, external partners, local authorities and all subcontractors you work with on your assets.
  • As Asset Manager you have wide range of standard tasks. You ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including local authorities, owner-operators, and industrial customers, following established processes and plans. You collaborate with O&M providers to address technical issues, negotiate contracts and improve maintenance reporting. You prepare for bilateral meetings, highlight critical points for resolution, and maintain awareness of field operations to accurately relay technical problems. You conduct on-site inspections, monitor subcontractor performance and oversee fleet operations. Additionally, you ensure accurate asset data management, provide regular updates and utilize SAP as the central communication platform with internal departments.
  • You manage the Handover process of assets under construction that are included in the general Luminus portfolio, especially your own contribution.
  • Your role is to ensure "Legal & environmental compliances, making sure on-site equipment meets permits and laws and that activities like acoustic campaigns are properly conducted. 
  • You keep track of the Green Certificates and Guarantees of Origin assigned to your parks and the amounts of electricity generated in collaboration with the optimization/short forecasting team to ensure the income from your parks is accurate.
  • You monitor and update the power purchase agreements of the assets.
  • You send invoices correctly to industrial customers, especially for local offtakes.
  • You follow the policy, processes, procedures and HSE rules and make sure your team and all partners do the same.
  • Your responsibilities for subcontractors or customers include: responding to safety alerts, addressing complaints received and writing incident reports.
  • You update the Regional Senior AM on a regular basis about any challenges and their possible solutions, discuss new AM trainings, and seek technical/organizational support from the Regional Senior AM for specific issues.
  • You consult the Asset Management interactions table that outlines the actions and boundaries of your role in relation to your peers in the Production department. 

 

 

Your Profile

 

  • You hold a university degree or equivalent with a technical or economic orientation.
  • You have an affinity for technical and economic issues and are convinced of the benefits of renewable energies.
  • You have experience in asset management, ideally in wind energy.
  • You are willing to travel to wind farm sites occasionally.
  • You are familiar with SAP. You possess very good knowledge of MS Office.
  • You have a thorough knowledge of French or Dutch and professional knowledge of English.
  • You are skilled at planning and prioritizing, working with a focus on solutions. You turn guidelines into specific, measurable goals, design clear projects, use appropriate resources and take actions to deal with possible challenges.
  • You focus on customers, both inside and outside the organization, and assist them with making decisions. You prioritize the customer's needs, offering customized service and keeping positive communication.
  • You build trustful relationships with internal and external partners, based on your credibility and expertise.You work for the company and department's outcomes, creating and keeping the company's structure, policies, and objectives.
